To help in Ways of Knowing the Center for Nursing Leadership uses many different perspectives. 

One of these perspectives is to view the Dimensions of Leadership through the construct of the Native American Medicine Wheel.  
The Dimension Medicine Wheel attempts to do this.

Gene Thin Elk has helped bring the Native American perspective to the community, and works with JoEllen Koerner on "Compassion."  At the same time Carl Brown has brought the Asian perspective to the community.  Phyllis Kritek works with the community in the areas of leadership development and healing processes.

Carl also brings the perspective of
