Looking at self and ways for self renewal is an important aspect of the Center for Nursing Leadership.
Use of circle is one of the ways of being that the CNL is exploring. Another is the concept of guiding. Celebrating Diversity is also an important part of our program. How these and other tools intersect ways of knowing and ways of leading is part of the exploration with the CNL.
