Holding the Truth:
Mountains.

Nature holds truth for those who seek it by virtue of the fact that we live in this world. Clarence King, a famous cartographer and geologist, contended that the alleys of the Sierra were formed in a single catastrophic event. Whereas John Muir recognized the truth that the valley held was that they were formed form glaciation. He discovered the valleys’ origin because he recognized all the signs. Everything was there except the glacier itself.

Integrity is rock solid (like a mountain).  It is unyielding.  It means being true to your values and remembering what is really important to you.  Hold to your ethics and principles.  Stand strongly for what you hold true.  Believe in your true self without compromises.  Trust in the power within yourself and use it.   Act in concert with your dreams and visions.

Cleanse your heart and soul as nature renews itself.  Be honest with yourself and you will be aligned with what is right, in harmony with the natural laws of the universe.
