Midwest Spring Conference

The Midwest members of the Center for Nursing Leadership invited all nurse leaders to join them this Spring at a conference on leadership. The intent of the conference is that participants will co create the learning together to explore new ways of knowing as leaders in our current health care environment. Whether you are a nurse leader within your hospital, a leader of student nurses, or guiding patients through our health care system this conference will assist you in gaining new insights into the leader that you would like to be! Leadership perspectives that define and continually redefine nurse leaders will be explored. New ways of gaining insight and understanding next steps to complex problems will be explored using the action learning problem solving process.
Content offerings include: Leadership Dimensions, Action Learning,
Self Care, Chaos Theory and Community.
