The JTM is designed for Nurse Leaders and Nurses Who See Themselves as Leaders and are looking to stretch their personal and professional boundaries.

• The preferred way of entering the journey is through the week long experience at the Hill-Rom farm.
  
• CNL is examining other ways to begin the journey.
