  • Learning project includes in depth personal questions and journey re: professional position.
  • Is working with nursing community on the dimensions of leadership
 
Jacqueline Geoghegan
  • Making monthly nurse meetings more powerful and positive for all concerned.
  • Will use storytelling.
 
Mary Lu Gerke
  • Work with nursing community around learning to cope and adapt to change and chaos.
  • Create a healing community at Gundersen Lutheran integrated system.
  • Will use storytelling, dimensions of leadership and other tools.
 
Charlotte Godchaux
  • Working with a community task force to address juvenile violence and crime in the community: Project Respect, a peer leadership program.
  • Institute reading program at local middle school incorporating the dimensions of leadership.
 
Peggy Haggerty
  • How to maintain balance and remain centered as a transformational leader in new clinic setting amid system integration efforts.
  • Will use journaling, dialogue, centering exercises and dimensions of leadership.
  • Wants to work with a mini community.
 
Janica Husbands
  • Finishing her MS, incorporating concepts from CNL, as she does a feasibility study for a rural clinic

  • Diversity: either culturally competent care or recruitment and retention of culturally sensitive staff.

  • Work on cultural diversity, awareness and healing in her community and organization
  • Wants to look at where organization misses mark culturally for employees and patients.
  • Also doing story work with self and staff.
 
Kathy McClelland
  • Exploring gender in the workplace.
  • Would like to do action research on successful mentoring programs for women in corporate America.
 
Vilma Raettig
  • Project includes in depth personal journey.
  • Looking to restore authentic self through the dimensions of leadership, travel to home country, mentoring, reading and other tools.
 
Denise Ringer
  • Work with various CNL Ad Hoc Committees: mentoring and AONE planning committee.
  • Will seek out and develop mentoring relationships in and outside of CNL community.
  • Increase knowledge and application of synchronicity and regeneration concepts.
 
Kathleen Sanford
  • Doing a project around one of her current projects: in charge of planning and opening women’s and children’s hospital
  • Will set up a culturally-sensitive program; wants to rise above turf issues.
  • Will incorporate certain dimensions into work.
 
Kathleen Scoble

  • Will look various aspects of community and how they are defined, played out, etc. within the CNL community.
  • Will use reading, dialogue and introspection.
