The most recent CNL outreach was "A Time for Discovery", a mid-June intensive in Estes Park, CO. jointly sponsored with the Colorado Society for Nurse Executives. We had offered our Dimensions of Leadership content prior to the intensive. Although most people were unable to devote time to preparing, we had the richest discussion of these dimensions ever. Other content offered was self-care, in particular the diversity within self-care practices, action learning, basic circle practice as a way to build community, and the impact of small changes from complexity science. Key to our success were our Colorado members, Elaine Cohen, Susie Law and Francine Sparby. Faculty guides requested by CSNE were Pam Bromley, Carl Brown, Cathy Michaels and Judie Walker.
