The Center for Nursing Leadership is a dynamic learning community moving toward becoming a village as it grows.  We strive for a structure that utilized the talents of each member.  Below are some of the councils that have been developed at this point to allow for a broad based member driven community.

-Center Council, (a.k.a. Board of Trustees in the language of the 501C3), integrates the efforts of the community and the councils.

-Curriculum Council, a new council that will develop the Journey Toward Mastery and Community curriculum.

-Membership Council guides the application process, from designing the application to interviewing candidates, reviewing applications and discerning the match between applicants and the Center.

-Stewardship Council balances monetary and other community resources.

-Virtual Council guides virtual learning and communication, as well as the website.

There may be interest in developing a Business Council to establish ways of evaluating business opportunities and ensuring the community's core mission of community learning is sustained. Dialogue about a Business Council will take place over the several days at AONE.
